Description
The Alliet Coteau de Noiré comes from the hillside of Noiré. This south-facing clay-limestone slope is considered their finest vineyard. After a 3 week long fermentation in cement vats, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with 80% new oak. This is a Chinon with the structure for further cellaring and represents some of the best wine of the appellation.
