Domaine Gayda located near Carcassone renowned for exceptional quality of its wines reflecting the terroir of the region. The wine is a blend of mainly Syrah, as well as Grenache Noir and a touch of Cinsault. The wine is remarkably intense with dominant notes of wild blackberry, as well as liquorice and black pepper. The palate is refined and indulgent – the finish is powerful but elegant thanks for the careful use of Burgundian oak.
