Description
The Domaine Duseigneur Catarina is from a selection of their best grenache vines that are planted in a combination of limestone, sand and pebbly soils. The wine rests in old demi-muids casks for a year before bottling allowing for the tannins to settle all the while maintaining a robust profile.
The wine opens with a touch of smoke, flowers, kirsch and raspberry. Bright, fresh and silky with a medium-bodied, elegant character, give this a few years in the cellar to fill out and it will be an even better wine.
