Description
The Domaine De Moulin Camus is based in Vallet, a small town to the West of Nantes within the Loire region. This wine is made from 100% Beaujolais Gamay, it is soft and light with lovely red fruit, a mineral streak and only a touch of tannin. This would match well with lighter dishes and would go well with meatier fish. On a hot day it can be chilled, making it an excellent Summer wine.
