Description
Made from the young vines in St Joseph, fermented with wild yeasts and matured in large oak foudres. It has beautiful red and bramble fruit on the nose and palate, it finishes with the classic Syrah notes of smoky, cracked black pepper.
Match to roast beef or hard cheese.
