Description
The Chateau Thivin ‘Les sept vigne’ is made from grapes from 7 different plots on Mont Brouilly. The plots all lie on the east, south, and west flanks of Mont Brouilly, the different aspects and slope position add to the complexity of the wine.
Tasting Note
Garnet red with bluish glints, bouquet of hawthorn, cherry, with a touch of minerality, round on the palate with black fruit, and a spicy finish.
