Description
The Chateau Musar ‘Hochar Pere et Fils’ is made from fruit from a single vineyard. This vineyard is near the Bekaa Valley village of Aana and comprises of old , low-yielding Cinsault, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. After fermentation in cement vats, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months before ageing in bottle for 3 and half years before release.
