Celler del Roure is committed to nurturing and championing indigenous varietals of the region, most notably the Mando grape. They pay meticulous care in the vineyard and winery reducing the amount of sulphur they use in the winemaking process. The Vermell is made from a blend of 40% Garnacha, 40% Monastrell and 20% Mando. After fermentation the wine is aged for 14 months in amphorae.
A rich and fruity style of wine with red berry flavours, subtle spice, mouth watering acidity, smooth tannins and a long lasting finish.
