Ana and Ivan run Bodegas Gratias and are on a mission to protect the old vineyards of Bobal and other indigenous varieties. Their wines are artisanal and as natural as they come, organically grown grapes, natural ferments and minute sulphur additions if any. The Bodeags Gratia ‘Tinaja’ is made from 100% Bobal fermented in small Tinajas (clay pots). The wine has black fruit on the nose and some salty mineral notes which follow through on the palate with more black fruit and earthy notes. Pair to hearty stews, roasted meats and aged cheese.
