Description
Clos del Rey is the story of the Montagné family – who for generations have enhanced the terroir of Maury (well known for its sweet wine). Passionate about their land the estates vineyards stretch across a dozen hectares that go up to 300mts in altitude.
This fun wine is mainly Grenache Noir with a splash of Syrah – grapes are all hand harvested and ageing takes place in concrete. This has created a really juicy wine, that has an abundance of dark and red fruit – easy tannins make this a great mid week bottle to pair to everything from pasta dishes to a burger!
