Description
A big, bold blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre grown on clay/limestone soil. The vineyard is currently converting to organic certification. The wine has bold, rich notes of dark berries, aniseed and a touch of gunflint. We would highly recommend this with a juicy burger or rich meat or truffle dish.
