Description
The Altopiano Rosso is made by the Fuedo Antic winery. They are based in Italy’s smallest DOP, they started making wine in 2013 and all wines are now certified organic. They currently have just 15 hectares cultivated using native varietals producing limited yields to ensure quality is retained. The Altopiano Rosso has juicy dark cherry and red cherry notes, fine tannins make it easy drinking and it pairs really well to simple pasta dishes.
