Lucien Collard Extra Brut, Bouzy – This Champagne family have grown grapes in Bouzy since the 17th Century. Zero dosage from predominantly Pinot Noir, this is elegant and refined.
Vincent Couche 2010 Extra Brut – Part of a new generation of Champagne winemakers which is curious, audacious, independent and ambitious. Working biodynamically, this Champagne contains equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Toasty and almond notes with a subtly oxidative and mineral finish.
