Bodegas Cesaar Florido is a fifth-generation producer, with the sixth waiting in the wings to take over the reins. A dry, savoury, salty wine, made with grapes from a famed vineyard near Sanlucar, that has aged slowly for many years and developed an incredibly complex character.
