Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is a small family owned producer, offering only the best products from the sherry district. The wines have been aged to perfection in their cellars in Jerez de la Frontera and bottled without blending, clarification, cold stabilization or any other aggressive processes that strip the sherry of its unique flavour.
The Palo Cortado is the rarest sherry style and magically combines the elegance of an old Amontillado with the body and complexity of an oloroso. This is the perfect companion for cured hard cheeses such as manchego or parmesan.
