Jack Rudy has updated the cocktail olive, and celebrated it’s connection with the classic Martini by brining them in a nice Dry Vermouth. As well as the punch of juniper & coriander that we associate with a great Dry Gin. They are hearty, olives grown in California. Even the flavorful brine you’ll no doubt find a suitable use for. An ideal companion to that classic cocktail, as well as a Bloody Mary – or, as the Italians do it, with a nice Spritz. You might even find them good enough to eat straight from the jar.
