This specific 3 Fonteinen ‘Hommage’ is made from macerating one and two year old lambic with sour cherries and raspberries for 4 and a half months. The final fruit intensity is 350 grams of fruit (76% raspberries and 24% sour cherries) per litre of Hommage.
