Join us for what will be a fantastic insight into this family owned Champagne house. Veuve Fourny et Fils is based in the village of Vertus where all the vineyards are classified as Premier Cru sites. We are very pleased to be joined by family member Charles Henry Fourny who will help us explore through his Champagnes the unique Cotes des Blancs terroir
Veuve Fourny et Fils is a family owned Champagne House based in the village of Vertus in the Cotes des Blancs. The house has been a monopoly of the Fourny family since 1930. Brothers Charles Henry and Emmanuel naturally took over the family house in 1993. Their fine selection of Champagnes highlight the Premier Cru terroir in the Cote des Blancs with serious elegance and freshness. From the vineyards to the cellars they extract the purest expression of the grapes and terroir and produce wines with very low dosage.
Both Simon and Heather visited the House in 2017 and have stocked the Champagnes since opening in 2011, with the Blancs des Blancs particularly gathering a real following over these years.
