A small quality focussed Bodegas situate in Chipiona , a small coastal town close to Sanlucar de Barrameda. Unlike many other sherry houses Cesar Florido own all of their own vineyards (21 hectares in total). Chipiona is best known for the production of Moscatel. This wine is sweet and honeyed with lots of grapey fruit, certainly not cloying. Match to fruity desserts – best served chilled.
