A new local premium British blended gin, created by two friends who share a passion for organic, handcrafted, artisan produce and a good GnT!
Their unique process of distilling each botanical separately yields optimum quality and incomparable aromas and flavours. Having hand-picked five distinct ingredients from around the world including Provence Lavender, wild juniper, black mulberries, organic Sicilian lemons and wild foraged Tilia flowers from Poland.
Initial bursts of soothing lavender gives way to refreshing citrus, supported by juniper, leading to Black Mulberry sweetness in tandem with black tea and honey scent from the Tilia flowers.
