A beautifully smooth local gin – Richard uses English hops, citrus and sweet almonds among the other typical gin botanicals. This makes it beautifully citrussy with a lovely texture on the palate from the sweet almonds.
Drink neat or mix with a premium tonic such as Fever Tree, garnish with lime and pink peppercorns.
