Description
A fruit driven sparkling wine from Dorset, this is made of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier. It is aged for 18 months on lees. Reminiscent of English summers with aromas of cherries and strawberries and cream along with a fine fizz.
