Dominio de Tharsys Brut Nature is a bone-dry cava from Pago de Tharsys, located 70 miles from Valencia. It is a blend of Macabeo and Parralleda, made using the Champagne method. This is a light and fresh wine with notes of citrus, apple, pear and apricot. It has lots of character and it makes for a delicious aperitif.
