Description
A blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois from this small family run wine estate in Katzenhall. Since 1999 they have been following a natural approach to cultivation, ecology and using biodynamic practices. First fermentation is carried out in stainless steel with wild yeasts followed by secondary in bottle. No sulphur is added during these processes. A fruity and balanced wine with fine bubbles.
