Description
Gattinara is a small commune in the Piedmont area of north west Italy. Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, it is released at the beginning of its drinking window, which allows you to glance into its future development.
Notes of truffle, roses and spice characterises this medium-bodied, yet ethereal wine would be a perfect match for slightly more delicate red meat dishes such as fillet steak or lamb.
