Gran Passione Rosso 2022 IGT Veneto

Description

Grapes for this wine come from selected vineyards at the beginning of October. Before picking the vines are cut, but the grapes are left on the vines for up to 15 days so they begin to dry natural on the vine (appassimento). The Gran Passione Rosso is a rich red wine has a luscious nose with sweet, ripe dark cherry, plum, vanilla and Christmas spice. It is rich and velvety, with lots of juicy cherry fruit. A great match to game dishes and excellent with hard cheeses.
