Veuve Fourny 1er Cru Blanc de Blanc NV
This delicate Champagne is made up of grapes from 1er Cru vineyards in the Cotes des Blanc and around Vertus. This wine has received a minimum of 3 years ageing prior to disgorgment and a further 6 months ‘on the cork’. Only pure Chardonnay goes into this Champagne, it is lively and pure, with finesse and elegance.
Pierres Peters Cuvée Reserve Grand Cru NV
This Domaine was formally registered by Pierre in 1940 and now comprises of 17.5 hectares in top sites of the Cote, mainly Avize,Oger and particularly Le Mesnil. Fine, mineral and expressive Champagne.
Vilmart Grand Cellier 1er Cru NV
This Cuvée is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It is aged in bottle for 3 years with a further 6 months post disgorgement. It has delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus and créme patisserie. It is supple and round in the mouth with a wonderful creamy texture and a fine mousse. A lovely aperitif.
Paul Dethune Ambonnay Grand Cru NV
The Dethunes are one of the oldest families in Ambonnay, dating back to the 17th Century. Today, Pierre Dethune has 7 hectares in the Ambonnay Grand Cru area, 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The grapes are all farmed effectively along biodynamic principles.
Eric Rodez, Ambonnay 2002
A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir all from the 2002 harvest. Eric Rodez learnt the art of making Champagne at Krug no less!
Donsnon Lepage Rosé NV
This Rosé is made up of 100% Pinot Noir, it is delicate salmon pink in colour and has fine persistent bubbles. Beautiful aromas of red berries (particularly wild strawberry) jump out of the glass. This is a delightfully fresh and delicate rosé.
